Chaga recipe

There are many different way to prepare your wild chaga. One of the most noted on the internet is simply boiling it. Although this still gives a lot of benefit to those who use it, many experts believe this takes out much of the supporting properties.

Method 1.

Prep time: 5 mins

Cook time: 3-4 hours

1.Fill a large pot with water. Add 4 or 5 pieces of raw chaga. Bring water to a boil.

2. Turn down to med/low heat. Cover and let simmer.

3. Once the chaga is desired strength (darkness), turn off and set aside to cool.

4. Strain out raw chaga, store in fridge for up to 7 days.

Method 2

This one comes to us from natural foods expert David Wolfe, from his book, Chaga, King of the Medical Mushroom.
